Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of when you or a third party named by you (i) receive/s the product or (ii) in cases where more than one product has been purchased with a single order and the products are being delivered separately, when you receive the last product in the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform B&T, with registered office at Via Due Ponti, 9 - 47122 Forlì (FC), Italy, of your decision by completing the relevant form you can find on this page and sending it within the withdrawal period. 
You will subsequently receive a return request confirmation email.
Check all the fields have been filled in correctly, then print out and sign the email, enclosing it in the package you intend to send. 
You should also write the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number you receive from our Customer Service following your return request on the form. 

Make sure the product is in perfect condition before you return it and that every component is sent packed properly in its original packaging. To do this, please follow the instructions on how to package return products below. 
Then send the product/s duly to: B&T, Via Due Ponti, 9 - 47122 Forlì (FC), Italy, within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, any payments made will reimbursed as soon as possible, subject to a satisfactory prior inspection of the conformity of the merchandise you returned. You will be reimbursed using the same method of payment chosen for the initial order. 


Returns due to defects or nonconformity


If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please inform us using the appropriate return request form, attaching a minimum of 2 (two) photographs showing the problem. Customer Service will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to send your return and receive your refund for the article purchased.


How to package and send returns

 
The packaging must cover all the surfaces of the returned product continuously in their entirety with no part left open, and must be suitable for protecting the material contained in it throughout the transport period. 
Irrespective of whether you choose to return the products using your own carrier or our service, the products must be suitably repackaged. The return must be sealed in its original packaging or, if this is no longer available, in packaging that protects the product from any transport-related damage (marks, tearing, water, etc.).
Specifically:

The packaging must cover all the surfaces of the returned product continuously in their entirety with no part left open, and must be suitable for protecting the material contained in it throughout the transport period. 
Do not bend, roll and/or tightly tie a mattress for storage and/or transport.
Never close the packaging using a stapler to avoid the possibility of the staples piercing or tearing the returned product.
B&T S.p.A. with immediate effect declines all responsibility for any damage, loss or deficiency that may occur due to unsuitable packaging.
